I am interested in your Too Much thoughts! I watched one and was underwhelmed, then got distracted by all the other telly and also the summer of sport and I think it’s unlikely I’ll go back. I haven’t watched Mixtape yet but I am irrationally irritated by it calling itself Mixtape.
I just found the dialogue lame and I think Megan Stalter was brilliant in Hacks but badly cast here. Felix was a manic pixie dream boy and I didn’t buy in to their romance. But I feel bad because I LOVE Lena D and think she’s a genius.
Adore this whole list - full of many titles I’d never even heard of. A Confederacy of Dunces is on my bookshelf and I’ve been meaning to get to it for ages so I shall bump it right up the priority list! Thank you so much!
